94 z28 starts fine, then 2 minutes down the road it chugs and sputters and bogs when i push it, then 10 miles down the road it "clears up" and is fine for however long i want to drive it. then when I shut it off and turn it back on, it repeats and doesnt get any better the more I do it. help?

Yea it could also be that the plug in for the OBD1 can;t communicate with my computer, so im SOL there. idk even where to start from there in order to diagnose it.

most 94-96 systems are a OBDII hybrid, where a OBDII connector is used, but not the functionality a standard OBDII reader can work with. You'll need to get a hybrid capable reader.

Wow that really sucks. Are you sure? Their OBDII has an OBD1 adapter, but would they have to buy the program to specifically read the computer? he re wired the whole harness because oil corroded allot of the wires, he might have not plugged something in, or another wire is bad, or something. I'd still like more ideas on why this is happening, thanks for everyones replies! keep it up please!
