Hard/no start/stall/hunt when hot... only on start up

So, to start it off... my car is an asshole. Its an 87 5.0, In the morning and after its been sitting for a while the thing starts up like a dream. When its hot is another story.

When the car is good and hot if i go to start it sometimes it will barely crank at all... if at all, other times it will crank but wont start. other times it will barely crank but will start and either stall out or hunt. If i do manage to get it flashed up and hold my foot keeping it at 1000 rpm it levels out within 10-20 seconds and will run just perfect again.

I have:
bought a brand new ignition module
Played with the timing
tried a m.a.p sensor
tried a tps
tried a computer
and i have tried swearing at it....... < its a ford so that one worked the best

I am wondering if i have a bad starter AND some kind of performance issue... but it never had an issue starting untill the hunting/stalling issue got worse.

Ideas??? bad I.A.C? it was cleaned not toooo long ago. Plugs are brand new (1 month ago) wires cap and rotor have mabey 7000 Kilometers on them, fuel filter is about the same.

Replace the starter. When its hot the armature and the field is expanded and is grounding out when the motor is hot.

Re: Hard/no start/stall/hunt when hot... only on start up

Replaced the starter and fixed a bit of an upper intake leak. Tried another i.a.c and a new coil.

When its hot it still takes about 2 -5 minutes before it can start again. Sometimes the starter still seems to have a hard time cranking. Ive load tested the battery and it is still strong. Once and a while i can use the gas pedal a bit to get it to cough. But if i wait 5 minutes it fires up easy again.

If you have headers they heat the starter up and it will turn over slow just had the same problem.
