Finally got all of the parts and finished it up yesterday. Had to put in a fish plate (changes the pivot ball from right to left side on the tremec bell housing) that I got from Quartermaster. I used a caliper to measure set up height and shimmed the slave / hydraulic throw out bearing as suggested by Quartermaster. Adjusted the pedal stop and had to replace it with a longer bolt. Pedal stroke is barely an inch

. According to the paperwork the bearing only opens 1/2-5/8 of an inch.
Went together pretty quickly and worked as we hoped.
Ran a few laps around my shop. This thing hooked up incredibly quick and solid. wont get to the track for a few weeks to really test it. I'll post up after I get it out.
