99 F150 5.4 No Start

i have a 99 f150 that, for a while would start real slow, sometimes not at all, but if i rolled the truck foreward a couple feet, it would start. last night it would not start at all. i tested the battery, and the starter, and both solenoids, im getting ahold of a DVOM tommorrow to check for voltage drop across the circut. but until then, has anyone had this problem, am i looking past something?

and i was gonna do the voltage drop test from batt to starter, to see for voltage drop, then start from the starter and move up, is there a better wat to do this?
