cylinder is filling with water
I have a 95 isuzu rodeo 3.2l v6 #4 cylinder is filling with water(from radiator) ,Bad head gasket ? also there was a scratch on the cylinder wall

That scratch could actually be a crack in the cylinder wall and could be the source of coolant. The coolant could also be coming from a bad head gasket or a crack in the head.
