Tameo 312t kits built.

Hi, I'm new on this forum. Have just discovered it thanks to one of your members, Amazing43.
I have been building models since the mid 1950s from the very first Revell plastic kits up to todays high detail 1:43 kits. As a result of my association with Amazing43 I started building models for collectors and proudly have models in cabinets all over the world. This has enabled me to meet and become friends with some very interesting people in racing world of bygone years.
I will kick off with a few photos of my Ferrari 312Ts from Tameo. Value for money, there's nothing to beat them in the F1 category.
My main interest though is the post war period sports racecars up to the mid 60s. In due course I might add some photos from my 400+ collection.
See what you think, thanks.
I am thinking that I may offer this pair for sale but cannot ship them because of their delicate nature. Collection from Cornwall UK or the 2010 Goodwood Revival would be possible. If there is any interest, contact me.

Wow, what an entrance! Those two are stunning - beautiful little gems! Is there any chance of some close up shots of your engine & cockpit work? (I should add that I'm not unfortunately in the market for them, no way could I afford work to that standard, even if I bought built models!)

Excellent builds!

Nice work and welcome aboard. Alot of very good builders on this site. I have to say this site and F1m.com are the 2 top English language car modeling sites.

best,

Re: Tameo 312t kits built.

For the velocity stack covers I merely made an impression on a sheet of mesh with the dull end of a drill bit of the size that I wanted, then cut around the shape with a fine scissors. Hard work in as much as they are obviously very small. But, with care after cutting 20-30 there were enough to use.
