windows want go up or down

Hi I have a 1989 cutlass ceria 3.3 V-6 and I'm have problems with my windows going up and down. I have replaced both switches in the door panel and nothing seem to work. I dont drive it in the summer Time because of that and my a/c is broke. So Upon what I have checked my self I can only assume that the connectors that the wires run to from the motor is bad. I even install a new window motor on the passenger side and it still don't work. So can anyone possilby help me fix my windows (Thank You)

dude look at all the post about windows all olds have the same solveable problem with the windows the wire pops out all the time right inside the door hinge and cuts the main wire re soulder and wala u got windows this message will self destruct in 1 min hehe
