2.3 - 5.0 conversion problems

Alright here goes. I just swapped my 89 2.3 and my 87 5.0 around (87 now has the 2.3 and runs well and the 89 now has the 5.0 in it.) And yes i did everything involved in the swap... brakes, suspension, wiring, computer etc...

Heres the issue.

The 5.0 wont start. I have tones of spark off the coil (atleast a 1 inch gap with huge arc) ive even gone as far as pulling a plug and watching it spark. Theres fuel getting to it, on the plugs we pulled you can smell gas and thers good pressure coming out of the schrader valve. I removed the smog pump off the car.... but i dont see how that should effect it starting.

When scanned it comes up with code 82 and code 84. I have spark with and without the spout connector in. Also there is no headlights or marker lights. The turn signals work and the flash to pass works.... i dont know if its related to the running issue but... it might?.

I static timed it and double checked the firing order off the distributor and it seems fine. I dont even get a fart pop or misfire, just the odd puff out of the intake.

Any ideas would be awesome... ohya and i ohms tested the tps and it seems to flow smoothly as you move the throttle plate.

82 - Thermactor Air Bypass (TAB or AM-2) solenoid: circuit failure.
84 - EGR circuit failure
If you're getting a pop or puff back through the intake then your timing is off. Did the engine run alright before the swap? Did you remove the distributor and put it back in 180 degrees out?
