2007 Focus Heater / AC Fan

I got in my car (2007 Focus) this morning and the heater / AC fan won't work on any setting. When the car is moving I can feel the cold air from the AC, so it's just that the fan isn't blowing it into the car.

Just a fuse?

Also, my airbag light is constantly lit. Someone told me I had to take it to a dealer to have it "reset". Anyone know if this is correct?

This is for your blower motor, green wire is voltage, black is ground. Check the connector at the blower motor, key on, hvac control turned on.
