Oil Change for an 89 maxima?

As you can tell by my name, I don't know much about Nissans, except the names to the cars. But anyway, a co-worker of mine has an 89 maxima and needs to have her oil changed and radiator flushed and all of that. she said that the problem with oil changing at home, is that you can't reach the drain plug from the bottom or the top. I haven't gotten a chance to take a look, but where would i find the drain plug. Also, what type of oil should i be looking into putting in there? i have an 89 civic and i use 10-30w.

Also, another question, where do i find the drain plug for the the radiator. i work at a local library, and ordered all the books for imports and such since there are none here worth looking at. and of course there are none here that give me an idea of what to look for.

Thanks for your time!
