radio cuts in and out when clutch depressed

hopefully someone can help me out with this one...I have a 91 passat gl in which the radio cuts out when I depress the clutch and turn corners, it also turns on and off when I hit a bumpy road...also sometimes my windows will not go down and have also had some issues with the rear passenger window rolling down when I lock the doors using the key. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance !

p.s. this car also runs rough on idle and seems to just eat up the gas.
