on my 2000 buick regal, the blower on my air cond. just stops at times. most of the time it will come back on in a few minutes.last evening it stopped and i drove home from work, about 15 min. drive. it didnt come on then at all. i havent checked it this morn yet, any ideas? e-mail me if you have any ideas. we just started it this morning and it works ok.it is a 2000 buick regal ls,

well, it did it again. it just shut its self off yesterday afternoon. i drove home and it never came back on. thanks
bill now i need the module that goes in the dash that sends guice to the blower. its not an automatic, its the other one. the kind you have to turn the speeds up and down by hand. not a digital. any body got one?? thanks. bill

If you do need a blower resistor, it's AC-Delco part number 15-80571 and runs about $30 at a retailer, or about $50 at the dealer.

thank you a lot. it came back on yesterday a nd worked all day after not working all day sat. and 1/2 day sun. would that be the resistor? my wife hit the recall button on the radio and the blower came on. lol

where is the resister located? near the blower motor?
also, i dont think the cruise worked when the blower fan was not working. when the fan came back on then the cruise control started working again. its driving me batty, as i already am. lol
i dont want to buy no more than i need, i cant believe its the unit in the dash, but then again i dont know. thats why im asking for help. thanks
