97 jeep GC 4.0 engine cuts off

While im driveing at all different speeds and all times of day the engine will just shut down. some time it starts right up and some times i am stranded for half an hour. in the summer it will hardly ever do it and in the winter it will do it all the time and when it is realy bad i can smell fule like it is flooding the engine. it will back fire and through codes for missfires and has melted the cat. i have a new pcm, plugs, wires, distributor cap and sencer, coil, throtle postion sencer, fule pump assy, crank postion sencer, and some other sencers i dont even remember now. if any one could give me some help i would appreciate it im at the end of my rope with this car.
