2000 5.3L Silverado brake system is weak but everything is new

I'm not sure what the problem is, everything on my brake system is brand new yet the performance of it stopping sucks...what do you think could be the problem?

Has anyone ever used CNC Brakleen, or any other brake pad, etc. cleaner?
