94 Toyota SR5 V-6 Cranks but no Start

Ok here goes...
1994 V-6 218000
Dad got this one from a friend. The friend stated he was driving and just cut out.

Won't even fire with starting fluid

Good Battery
Engine Cranks
Spark Strong on all plugs
Timing Belt intact great condition recently replaced at 200K according to sticker.
Good fuel to fuel rail and at injectors
Oil pressure builds up on gauge when cranking
Good compression all cylinders
ECU jumped at diagnostic port (no Codes) and pulses the injectors
Distributor advanced and retarded (no change still no start)
Coolent good, no water in crankcase. NOTHING Obvious....

Any help on this one..
Thanks

Have you pulled out one of the injectors (the cold start injector maybe) to see if fuel is actually being delivered?
