Kit
One made by N.O.S they make the best kits out there. I haven't heard one good things about ZEX. If you going to do that than you need to retard the timing and consider get colder plugs. I would also reccomend upgrading your ignition to a MSD. Than again if i were to do it i woudl tear down my motor and re-ring it and new valve seals and nice head gasket. Thats just me and i almost have fun to tearing down and reassembling motors.

I would go with a ZEX kit and an MSD ignition, my friend has this setup in his Civic and it kicks ass.

N20
I forgot to mention that i would also upgrade the clutch before you do this. Depending on the shot that you choose most likely after a while you'll need to get a new one and besides who dosen't like a new clutch ?
