98 Regal GS headlights and fog lights stop working *PLEASE READ*

i tried looking for the fix for this but cant find it thought i would just make the thread, so i went to walmart and bought a new pair of 893 foglight bulbs took them home and installed them, after the proper install less then the pace i can wlk to the front of the car all the lights where off and now the only thing that works is the high beams i dont know the fuse they are connected to but its bothering so my guess is that the fog lights caused this.... so how to fix.

P.S. before i put the new fog lights in no hey wasnt working before cause i never had bulbs to try them out, the socket didnt have bulbs in them

Since there are separate relays for the fogs and low beams, I would suspect the headlamp switch is the issue. The foglamps are wired to only come on when the low beams are on, they go off when you turn on the high beams.
