Will a coating of sawdust hurt a car?

If a car regularly gets coated with a layer of sawdust (due to being in close proximity with woodworking), will there be any negative effects?
For example, it was suggested that sawdust might get in the window cavity, where it would stay, absorbing moisture and causing rust. Is that (or anything else) a valid concern?

Thanks.
