your basically not going to get anything out of a intake or exhaust. you might even loose some if the brand you buy looses too much back-pressure. save up your money, buy a turbo kit, or if your good with cars, make one. use your stock manifold, make a flange, buy a used turbo, rebuild the turbo, have a downpipe made at an exhaust shop, have ic piping made there also. i bet you could get it done for a grand, about what youd spend on all that crap that wont gain you anything. the oz rally is seriously lacking power with only 120. the only thing, beside n20 that will get you results is a turbo. i put a turbo kit on my dad's '90 944 3.0lt. 4 cylinder porchea cabriolet. it cost about 1500 only because i used a $400 boost controller. all you need it, a used turbo(one that isnt too big), downpipe, ic piping(you dont even need a ic if you dont want, but you wont gain as much power), have a flange made to fit the turbo to your exhaust manifold, vorteck fmu, fuel pump, and the proper gauges. thats your basica kit, along with what i call many trips to auto zone for "T" fittings, brackets, vacume lines, etc. but that wont run you mor than $20. so, in conclusion, get a turbo, its the only way your ganna get feed-back from that malnurished oz engine.
