Talking Dale Jr's 2008 Mountain Dew retro

hello everyone! my first whip here! It's not much but it's all I could do right now, A lot of it is scratch built. I'm Hoping to have more up soon, I Wish I could do more But It's alot to do. But anyway you can kind of see the motor, it is a AMT Ertl ford Thunderbird kit motor in it, Mixed with the revell kit motor, Don't worry. The revell motor parts are scaled down to fit it, I Don't really care about the out of scale part. It's not that big of a deal to me, It has a five pulley drive set on it. resin Holly carb, And it's going to be wired, the dash bored is scratch built out of .020 sheet plastic, Sorry for the BAD photos.

It was A LOT of work to get the hood to fit right!

More sanding to go on here, And it's just the fist coat of primer. But it's getting there,

Bad photo sorry,

Last one for now.

Now for the fun part, Painting it! I hate that part. I Hope it's good enough for over here, A lot of great modelers over here. Hope you like it, later

Little Update, Got the Motor done, The Koolbox IV is just about done. The dash is done, All wired, The only thing is that ugly ole seat! Maybe I'll have to redo it, I Don't know, But lets just let the pictures do the talking.
