What is it about the Max, when they see us they always want 2 race?

I have a 2k Max (slushbox) as U can tell by the username, anywayz, I 'm just wondering is it just me or does this seem 2 happen 2 anyone with a Max or is it just us 2k model pilots?

For instance the other day I'm coming off the base (military) and this cat behind me in a 2k or above Monte SS (The Red Tazz Model) decides 2 try'n ride my tail. So, what do I do? What any body wit a Max would do>mash on dat azz. In a flash his a blip on rearview radar (mirror).

He catch up or should I say (ketchup>red car!) at the light-only cause it's red<of course!

So, he flash his high beams as 2 say let's do it. I look over at him, he's got his wifey and kid, I'm ridin myself and my kid. Light goes green, we're gettin it, I walk away from rest and he can never get up to me, I slow down at about 80 or so (don't want a ticket). He rides up a few hours later (sarcasm) and nods as 2 say man U got me and I just look like any other Max driver looks at his fallen prey as 2 say, yeah, I know this.

know its not just you I have a 95 Max and someone is always trying to challenge me. I think its because they heard that the Max is supposed to be one of the fastest sedans on road, but they are in denial so they have to test it and see and usually they walk away dissappointed. At one point I had got tired of it so I put an exhaust tip on the end of my stock muffler hoping that they might think twice about the challenge. It didn't help it just made them try to go faster and still they lose.

dude U should know dat adding anything 2 da Max>U no like Modz, only encourages deez foolz 2 challenge U even more, but hey when u take a Max + Modz any mathematical genius will tell U dat = more smoke up their a$$

every1 i kno jus thinks their car is faster, thats y i always race. one of my friends thinks that this 3000gt a kid has is the shit, but its jus the base model, no sl or anything. dumbshits like that r another reason ya get challenged a lot

I absolutely agree with you fellas. About two months or so, I was coming from work (valet parking) at 2am. At that time I had everything stock but top half of the airbox was off (wanted to show off with kewl s0und ) Pull up to the traffic light on Rt 9 North in Freehold ( like any1 cares about location ) Next thing I know, some shmuck in old Chevy Camaro z28 or something like that, pulls up next to me. I look over into his car just out of curiosuty to check out if maybe there are some hot chick driving that P0S. I saw the ugliest face on earth smiling at me and giving me Thumbs up ( meaning he wants to race) Im like AIGHT, Nodding my head ( with a thought that he will rape me in a second) I have auto tranny, so just for fun I switched to 1st gear. Light turns green, he floors his shitbox and so do I. I was switching manually from gear to gear. First gear we were even, but the biggest thing that ->I<- didnt expect was after I swiched to 2nd, I started pulling away. Oh man I had a fucking adrenaline rush, since it was 2am plus area crouded with PoPo's (POLICE dudes) Funny thing... After I was in 4th gear I 0wn3d his shitbox by 2 car lengths, and then I slow down from 90mph to 65 in fear that there might be some PoPo's on the way. That shmuck passes me while still doing about 80-85mph, goes to the right of me, opens his window and gives me a Thumb up with amazed face (like he expected something else ) and then he took the ramp and took off. Oh man... I REALLY didnt expect that I would 0WN that car. Since mine was stock. Altho like each day I own Incredibly loud civics and other rice junk with some help of my midpipe. hehe.

man I luv hearN storiez like dat>it'z motivatin but sumX'z we just B out cruzN tryN 2 enjoy our Max & sum fool happN 2 just roll up askN 4 it, I get tired of dem foolz but I have 2 represent, I just can't & neither can anybody who rollz a Max on dis 4um let one of dem think we scarrred or sumN.
That I believe is the only reazon any1 of us race N da 1st place. If only we could find a way 2 get around da popo then we can take it 2 top end & really smoke dem foolz:bandit:

i get hit up sometimes..but most time, cars(mostly civics and integras) catch and slow down..unless i start racing them..Bimmers are fun to race on freeway..especially the 328s and 330s..

i just got hit up by a new RSX Type-S with a shiny new muffler on it..he was in front of me!! guess he saw my blue headlights and yellow corners.

I just raced a BMW abot an hour ago and raped his a$$, It was either a 325 or one of those ugly 318's or something he had intake and some other shit but it didn't matter, it was a stick and I'm a slushbox myself but out of 2 races he stood no chance.
