Code 34
My 90 dakota with a 3.9l runs rough in the cold mornings. Iam getting a code #34 wich says speed control/vent solinoid circuit[s]. The Haynes manual does not discribe these circuits or how to trouble shoot. Can anyone give some help on where to find these circuits and what they control.
