Pull the 2 screws from the door handle, and remove the window crank (if it's manual windows). Then, just pull the interior door panel off. They have plastic pegs that hold it in place. Once the panel is off, you should see the door handle is pretty easy to get to. If it's original, there will be a rivet holding it on. Drill it out, then the handle assy slides a short distance then comes out. It's notched, so it only moves like 2 inches. Pull it out slightly, and then remove the rods off of the handle.

Install is reverse of removal. Most people just use a screw to hold the new handle in place.
