getting turbo

My friend had a 95 Civic ex with a greddy turbo. And he wrecked his car the other day and we have decided to take of the turbo and put it on my 93 Civic Ex. I was wondering what all we need to take off of his car. We took off the turbo and the headers but i don't know much about turbo so i don't know what all we need to take off for it to work on my car. And can you run it without an intercooler becuase it was smashed in the wreck.

you can run maybe 5 psi without the ic, i would recomment you try getting one though. you will also want to swap oilpans with him, as his has the oil return line/bung welded to it already. you will also need the plumbing, and the oil feed line that connects at the back of the block at the oil sending unit. I think greddys have some kind of blue or black box(not too familiar with the greddy kit/fifth gen civic) and you will probably want to snag that and hook it up as well. Make sure you have a bov as well.
