abs light and brake light r on?

i have a 97 and a 95 gmc sierra and on both trucks the abs and the brake lights r on i was possibly thinken a speed sensor?

Many things can cause this a scan for abs codes is the starting point, just check the rear abs connections first and any other connections in the circuit look for corrosion in particular.

for the abs light on you might just have a fuse out an under your brake petal is i guess called your brake sensor not sure but you might need to replace that..

Or it might be as simple as checking the brake fluid level.

check the wires behind your brakes on each tire and make sure that there is no worn wires or broken wires.

i checked all that i think i found the problem now its been good now no light.... the fuse sockets are worn out so i bent the tab on the fuses and they fit snug and work great thanks for the feedback guys!
