01 Corolla, cranks, does'nt start, no power wind. no locks, no dash, etc. HELP!

Hello, I have a 2001 Toyota Corolla 1.8L and I just replaced the engine, and I went to crank it over to try out the motor and it cranks but no start. I have no power options working such as the locks, windows, dash lights except for the the door ajar light and no radio, no air controls. Lights work and hazzards do. I plugged in a OBD II reader and no power coming through that either. Any ideas. Is it an anti-theft thing? I have no key fob. Thank you.
