Thinking of a POSI, and other engine accessories

I've finally started doing some real work on my 350. Its all cleaned up for the most part. Got some Chevy Orange enamel block paint. And also new valve covers, and a nice chrome air cleaner once those ship.

So of course when you upgrade one thing, you gutta upgrade another and i figured a posi would be a good future buy. What are the specifics on this that i have to know? Something like 8 bolt rings a bell but thats all i know.

Also, anyone know of a good set of headers i should get? I've been told the chrome ones will rust (due to the cheap modern day standards?) and the painted ones will also rust in no time, so i guess ceramic coated it is? But again, any specific brand, model, length?
