87 2WD 22R rear axle issue

I've got this problem with the rear driver side brake where it sort of hangs on when I let off the brake pedal, and feels like it's sticking.

Pressing the brake to the floor seems to have fixed it slightly, but I'm afraid it's leaking oil or something.

I really don't know what to do or how long I have until it causes a major problem. Any advice or help is welcome

The truck is the long bed, short cab, 2WD model with a 5spd and the 22R.

Pull the drum off to check it out.
Is the wheel cylinder leaking, the parking brake not releasing all the way, etc.

Uhhh, I'm pretty sure it's leaking now. Parking brake is fine, shoes are in need of replacement, but I don't think that's the problem.
