A/C whining

The A/C is whining when it is on. The noise seems to get louder during acceleration and only warm is blowing out of the driver and passenger sides.

I don't think it is actually warming the air but blowing in the outside air without cooling it.

Also I changed the water pump a few weeks back I don't know if this could affect it.

Temp issue sounds like low freon charge. Whine doesn't sound related to w/p if only doing it with blower on. Check the cabin air filter under the plastic cowl cover.
