If I had time I would like to be part of the contest...but with my own version (of course striclty German also this).

The cayman used by Jurgen Alzen for the adac 24hours.

That car and her bigger sister ("the Beast" , u all surely remember her) are surely one of my next challenges...

Too cool idea, really!

isnt she lovely?

I saw those Sunoco and Rothmans Porsche's on the lot today. Small world. That Porsche dealer is a few blocks from Continental Autosports, the Ferrari dealer we will be holding Ferrari Expo 2010 at next weekend.
The Porsche dealer is right next to Chicago Lamborghini. Ogden Avenue is dream car avenue!!

Re: Cayman Interseries | German and Swiss modelers building Cayman racecars

Hello guys,

I have some progress for you to view. Body painted and decaled, ready for clearcoat.

A friend of mine printed the decals with his OKI / ALPS printer. Took some tries to get the blue right

I'll try to have the clearcoat on this week, weather permitting (lame excuse for not doing it: "there have been volcanic ashes in the atmosphere")

Hope you like it...

Outstanding job, Seb

I never saw you painting and decalling a model-body so accurate.
Hope your clear goes on well
