hard rights

so i finally got tags for my 91 vr4 its pretty much stock and have noticed 2 problems
1st when goin to work their is a exit ramp first you go right then left then akinda long hard right and every time i take that last right you'll feel the front left drop down and kinda start jumping out of the turn but that the only time it really does it
2nd my car idles very high like 1300 its smooth but acassionally you will start it up and it will idle at 500 kinda rough and want to stall
any ideas

The idle issue is probably due to the IAC.

you think if the ecs was acting up is could cause the steering issue
