Arrow 1999 F350 7.3 intermentance isues

The truck while pulling surches and will loose power.
In the begining it first problem was everytime it rained the truck would shutoff or stall for a secound. On a trip last year is lost a fuel pump and we replaced .(plugged) Got every thing in tank replaced and in line components too. I have a loud air sucking noise under pass side during acceleration. The surching thing and a list of codes lol.
Codes:
1. P0562 = ?
2. P1211 = Inj. Control Cen.?
3. P1209 = Inj. oil PSI?
4. P1248 = Turbo?
5. P1670 = Inj. Module on PCM?
From a local garage diao. test.
We have changed the CPS, fuelpump, filters, and the oil is as clean as it gets,

could be a bad IDM, the air rushing noise could be a hole in the intercooler line, ICP sensor might be falling out, Check cam sensor aswell.
