95 Neon blower housing

My folks 95 neon's blower motor is jammed up due to mice getting in there and building nests, I've got to get in there and clean all that crap out, what kind of job are we talking about as far as removing the motor and really getting access to that area? I opened a kind of square rubber "plug" with two wires passing thru, got a lot of nest material, but need to get to that motor.

Pull the blower motor and see if you can get it from there first. I had a bunch of leafs drop in mine from sitting out side for a long time. To remove the heater box is a major job I did a heater core once and even had to remove the steering column.
