On the passengers side... Pull up the carpet. You will notice a shinny metal plate at the end of the floor board that is bolted on at an angle. Using a 10mm socket take out the four bolts. Unplug the ECU and it just slides right out... How much you want for it?

I dont actually own the car, but the guy will let me take shit off of it pretty cheap. What are you willing to pay for it?
I will probably be able to go get it friday night or saturday sometime. The guy is usually at work during the week, or passed out drunk
