:sun: what up guys, im new at this site, I sport a 2002 Blackout spec V.
I must say i love babyskylines car. Where did you get that kit?? I love it. I really like the hood, and i plan on ordering it, even though my cars black. Do you know how much less weight it is than the OEM hood.???
Anyway, im out. Oh yea, what do you guys think of the VRS piping without the muffler, and then a seperate APEX muffler bolted on to that? it would be cheaper than the stromung.

What's up doctaCspecV,
Hey man I got the front bumper from www.import-trader.com, it was only like $250. I don't know if they are still selling it for that price now but check it out and see. The hood.....I don't really know how much more lighter it is than the stock hood, but you'll notice the difference when you get it. Honestly, about the piping. I personally don't think it's a bad idea, because I was gonna do the same thing. Meaning, buy a name brand muffler....APEXI, GREEDY, HKS, ETC..... and then have this one company customize the piping. This guy I know in Dallas can do that for me, he built his own Sylvia, it's an older style. He can do the same kind of work that the companies do when they make cat-backs for the cars. But I'm gonna probably wait until they come out.

Thanks man, i went to the sight, but it had an error on the page of the bumper. I also saw i a rear bumper kit, with the same error, do you know what that one looks like??? Also, i cant really tell from the angle of your pic, but is the front bumper even with the factory side skirts??? Cuz if it is, i really dont think it needs new side skirts. A rear bumper i think is a must, and i think i may be investing in one. Someone said the rear stillen lip looked nice on black, but i havent seen any pics. Anyway, thanks for the info, peace.

What's up man,
Yes the front bumper is pretty much even with the side skirts so I don't see any reason to buy any, plus there really aren't any nice ones out there yet in my opinion. The rear bumper on the that auto-trader.com site is alright. I really didn't care to much for the Stillen body kit. But then when my boy put his front lip on his car it didn't look to bad, so don't hold that to me. I don't know how the rear lip is gonna look. Good luck.

Talking Powdercoating

I was just wondering where you got your rims powder coated. I live in NY so if you knew of any places that i could go I would appreciate it.
Also your car looks tight.

Yo what up bro,
You can go to any powder coating place or you can check out and see if any body shops will do it. When my boy went to get his rims powder coated for his WRX, he got it done at a PAINT & BODY shop. What part of NY do you live at. I'm here in NJ right now visiting my mother. Good luck

Yeah man your your car is lookin real tight. Did you order the hood directly from dgm or did you get it from somone else? My spec is a blackout also and i was worried it would'nt look that good on my ride. I was thinking about painting it as soon as i got it but we'll see what happens.

I live in houston so it that day may come! hehe
