3.4 From 2003 Monte Carlo into 94 Firebird?

I'm preparing to do a head gasket on my 94 Firebird and have been looking around and found a 3400 from a 2003 Monte Carlo with 100,000 miles for $200. Would it be a direct replacement for the 3.4 that is in my Firebird? Will the Monte Carlo 3400 bolt up to a 4L60E tranny without problem?

What all would I have to do to make it work?
