98 Camry dead hole

98 camry 2.2 # 3 cyl goes dead after warm up,but is firing,I suspect bad injector Is it possible to switch # 2 #3 to see if the miss follows? Thanks in advance.

Yup, Thats not a bad way to do it at all. Its a lot easier to use an injector testing but not worth the expense for a one time use. There where plenty of times I would swap injectors or if possible pull the rail and see if the injector was firing while cranking.

Removed valve cover, 2 13mm bolts that hold the rail, switched # 2 and # 3, started up with scanner attached miss went to # 2 cyl, Got a rebuilt injector from A Zone $69.00 "It's a car lot car" runs smooth now. happy customer!
