D4 On my cluster blinking and tranny lagging??

Ok I did a motor swap on my accord and now that everything has been back together for a good 100 miles, my d4 light on my dash blinks about 5 seconds after i turn the car on. it doesn't matter what gear its in the d4 continues to blink. when i make a complete stop then try to go the tranny hesitates for a few seconds then goes. Anyone have any ideas? Plz. Thx.

I had th same problem, have you checked your speed sensor conection. does your car speedomiter work? i was told this causes d4 blink and loss of power.
