87 cadillac d'ellegance wiper switch
windshield wiper switch when in delay position does not work.. Also will no turn off wipers while auto running and in switch in off position. Turn car off and on and the wipers will go off.

May be in the motor as a rule, check for a proper ground circuit , get a wiring diagram for this, I have seen the delay unit cause this more often than the motor.
