I know this article is about a Veyron but it says the guys name and
claims he once had a F1--any clue as to F1 # he might have had?

IIRC, that one was 038. 042 was in the original road test done by R&T, and the top speed test with Mario Andretti.

Do people want me to scan the top speed test? Has it already been done? I don't remember.
