2000 honda accord cranks.. no start

I have a 00 honda accord 2.3L vtec that wont start. The story on that car is that the tranny went bad and it sat for 2 years until last week we replaced it with a good tranny. So now the car ran and drove fine but the people did put in new gas. As of yesterday the car drove fine until we stepped out to the gas station. When we got back it wont start but it cranks fine. Took it to our shop and check and there was no fuel coming so we figured the bad gas burnt the feul pump. We installed a new fuel pump.. now we got fuel so now no spark to the injectors. We already swapped out the main relay and also a spare ignition modual. There is spark coming from the distributor but none to the injectors. SO what is causing the car not to get any sparks to the injectors?

UPDATE: We just swapped out the ignition module + ign coil from a working accord and still no spark to the injectors. Other then that the car started fine and drive fine before this. Also the car is equipped with a remote starting system so can it be the immobilizer cutting off the power of the injectors? The car had fuel and spark minus injector pulse. And the green key light is flashing when the key is in.
