Auction for a ride in #018 in NZ

Came across this on Trade Me today:

http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Mo...-272733482.htm

It would be an amazing opportunity! Ignore the horrible inaccuracies of the lister in the ad (description of the it being an LM and the photos). He has also been very clever but a little sneaky... he has bought the ride at a charity auction through his business which means it is a tax deductible expense in NZ. Then by auctioning off the other seat in the ride he'll get a free ride and less tax to pay at the end of the year!!

That aside wish me luck with winning the auction! I've seen #018 but never heard it in action!

If you get it, take along a video camera to share it with us

You should really call him out on it to be completely honest.

As much as we're the only ones who are likely pedantic enough to care if it's an LM or not, he can't go advertising it as such.

He may not know - keep in mind the car is being displayed with info that gives the wrong impression of what the car is with no further explanation.

Feel free to direct him to the complete description of the car I left for RobiNZ on Flickr if you like:

I'll definitely take a video camera if I'm successful but my bid has just been blow out of the water!
Thanks for that Erik. I've submitted another question with that link to inform him of the cars proper history. We'll see what he does with the listing...

Seems more like a TOU violation than a "Wait, let me fix my ad." issue.

We'll see if it reappears.
