I know this was posted before, but I had this code on my 1998 Century 3.1L. The code is for insufficient EGR flow. I took 2 pictures of the problem area behind the throttle body. The port to the EGR was clogged and needed to be cleaned out

thanks for posting the fix and picsture ed2903. I need to check that out on a firends car for the same code.
