Looks great, nice paint masking / decals, only minor comment is that the twin exhausts are a bit lopsided. What manufacturer's kit is this, not the Hasegawa or Italeri version as they have the spare wheel on the roof?

Thanks, this appears to be proper after looking at many pics of various stratos rally cars there are some that are even and some that are staggered with different muffler configurations to. This has to do with the tranverse mounted V6 engine and the way the headers come out of the side of the engine toward the front of the car. Hasegawa does 2 safri versions the other one is #7 and has different wheels and a roof mounted spare.

Re: Stratos 1975 Safari Rally

I didn't know that about the exhaust, I will have to check it out, as I have an Alitalia version to do.

Also never realised that Hasegawa did the 2 x versions, your must be rare? Wonder why Lancia put the spare in 2 x different positions?!

Great result anyway!

#3 is 1975 and #7 is 1977. They probably realized between these years that putting spare wheel on the roof was better for wheight distribution...
