Resonator delete

I was wondering if anyone could give me some tips on removing the resonator. Not sure how it happened, but the other day I really looked over the resonator and found some pretty big dents on the bottom side. I guess that answers the annoying increase in rasp over the past year. I thought about just getting a hacksaw and cutting it out and connecting the exhaust pipes but what are the inner diameters that I will be working with? 2.25" right?

Re: Resonator delete

Will exhaust clamps hold well enough? Also what type of metal is the exhaust line made out of?

Re: Resonator delete

i wouldnt use clamps. I had mine done at an exhaust shop. i think they charged me like $30 for the pipe to replace and labor to weld it back on. I'm not positive how much it was since they also did the Ubend delete, and exhaust tips at the same time.

How much did they charge you for the rest of that?
