'94 Dodge Shadow. Tailights wont blink

'94 Dodge Shadow. Tailights dont blink, when I turn either of them on they stay illuminated, checked the rear and no light.

checked the fuse box and the fuses are fine?!?

Taillights, or turn signals? Have you tried the 4-way flashers (aka hazard lights)? Do they blink? It's probably a bad flasher. Often in older vehicles the 4-way flashers use a different flasher mechanism than the turn signals.

From your description, even though "taillights" are on the "tail" or rear of the vehicle, it sounds like the front turn signals illuminate but stay on and the rears do not. Have you checked the rear bulbs? Also, do the brake lights and parking lights work?
