I changed the fuel filter and checked the fuel pressure its at 37 where it should be but when rev it up the pressure goes up to 45 before it stalls, plugs except they have a black wet carbon on them, all plugs are firing, timing is good. Any ideas anyone?

Well found the info on how to get the codes, you ground the green single wire plug on the right fender well and turn on the ignition and the check engine light blink the codes out, I did that and the light stays on, the info I got says that if the light stay on the ecm is no good or its grounded out. Now is there away of testing the ecm?

Well I gave up and took it to a shop for them to check it out, turns out the ECU was fried.
