Cold air intake
Just got it from ebay today. My question is, do I need to disconnect the battery for a while then reconnect and drive for the comp to re-learn ??

Nope. Just make sure that the new filter isn't over-oiled. This can foul the mass airflow sensor (if equipped...you don't give yr/engine).
