My 97 T&C has been making a noise leading us to believe that the alt., water pump, or other pully run item was getting ready to die. The noise has been going on since last fall. Till it failed we would just be replacing things till the noise stopped and that would be very $$$. But today as I was driving down the road and it was raining, the power steering went out then the battery light came on and of course the temp went up. I pulled off and looked and the belt had come off - still looks to be in great shape. We have replaced the belt tensioner about two years ago and the water pump maybe a little earlier. All the pullies still rotate freely. So now what do I do!
Any ideas??????
