94 voyager dies
I have a 94 Voyager and it starts fine, sounds good, but when I let of the gas, it dies. I was thinking the following:
1: Throttle Position Sensor 2: Idle control valve or 3: Idle air control motor Any thoughts are greatly appreciated. I'm trying to figure it out before I just start replacing parts. |

Re: 94 voyager dies
I've replaced the Idle control and ERG... a lot of crud.. Cleaned everything out and it still happens. When I take the vacumm hose off the ERG valve, it seems to idle better???? Any thoughts?

Re: 94 voyager dies
Seems like an EGR problem. You should not be getting a vacuum signal to the EGR valve at idle. Work backwards from there- control solenoid/transducer and connections, vacuum hose routing, etc.
